In a formal handover ceremony held at the Golden Jubilee Conference Hall in Ziro, Smti Oli Perme, APCS (AG), officially assumed office as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Lower Subansiri District on Tuesday, June 10. She takes over the reins from Shri Vivek H.P, IAS, who has been appointed as the Secretary of Health, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
The Certificate of Transfer of Charge (CTC) was signed in the presence of departmental officials, administrative staff, and dignitaries from various government departments, marking a smooth transition in the district’s administrative leadership.
Prior to her new role, Smti Oli Perme served as the Director of Transport, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Known for her efficient administrative track record and commitment to public service, her appointment is expected to bring continuity and renewed focus to the district’s development agenda.
Shri Vivek H.P, during his tenure, was widely appreciated for his proactive governance, especially in areas of health, infrastructure, and public outreach. His new assignment in the state health department is seen as a strategic move to leverage his administrative experience at the policy-making level.
The ceremony concluded with warm farewells to the outgoing DC and a welcome note to the incoming Deputy Commissioner.
